I don't think I have smart quotes turned on, but I'll check. This is something that has just started recently and it might be related to the fact that I had to wipe my computer and retrieve it. In any event, I went in there and with E.W.'s coaching, hand did all the html. Checked it in IE and SeaMonkey and it looked OK. Fingers crossed here....
