As of almost-midnight EST, the website has been updated with links to everything that has been written so far for which I have a link. You can find these--as well as old prompts--here. If it is icons and banners that ye seek, check here. And, finally, Official Project Guidelines (which pretty much act to assure participants that, yes, you can do that ;) are up on our homepage.
Remember--post your entries or links here if you'd like me to add them to the webpage, or email me at DawnFelagund AT gmail DOT com. And do check out what has been written so far! It's awesome!
May the muses smile upon you! :)

Date: 2009-03-07 11:31 pm (UTC)But then my Celeborn muse cleared its throat most genteelly and started poking me in the ribs until at last I gave in. I suspect there will be a bruise tomorrow. :-)

One Rainy Day in Fangorn Forest
Date: 2009-03-08 03:37 am (UTC)Don't ask me where this came from! *grin* I only write what the Muse dictates!

Date: 2009-03-08 07:38 pm (UTC)An intriguing idea and, again, your imagery is rich and beautiful. I loved the description of Yavanna's voice! Poor Gimli! :)

(Is it OK for me to post links to old fics, and not anything new?)

The Elf leaned against the tree, his ear pressed close to the trunk and a rapt look upon his face.
“What are you doing?” Faramir enquired.
“Listening to the tree.” Legolas smiled at the Steward. “It tells me that it is thriving. Why do you not speak to it?”
Faramir laughed. ”I am no Elf!” Nevertheless, he leaned against the tree and whispered soft words. He could hear the birds singing, the hum of the bees, and the rippling stream nearby. Then he heard it, a faint rustling in the leaves. “The trees are happy, the land flourishes in peace.”

Date: 2009-03-08 07:48 pm (UTC)But, seriously, this is lovely, a nice moment of understanding between Elves, mortals, and the larger world of which they are part. :)

Date: 2009-03-08 07:51 pm (UTC)Eol was a great choice here, and how he sees the buds on the trees as "armoured" is a wonderful description ... and so like Eol! :D A rich and beautiful drabble, not that I expected anything less. :)

Date: 2009-03-11 08:11 am (UTC)Instead, 300 words of Daeron listening to a tree. Kind of. (http://livingshapes.livejournal.com/21626.html)

Date: 2009-03-17 12:33 am (UTC)This is lovely and insightful; I love your thoughts on how the trees act as surrogate listeners, and Daeron's desire to put a melody to what he hears of them. Very nicely done! :)
